45. Application of Primary education fund. - (1) The primary education fund shall stand in the name of the school board and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, be applied for the purposes specified therein and for such other purposes as may be prescribed.
(2)The fund shall be maintained, administered and used in the manner prescribed.
