Section 8(1) in The Orissa Medical Registration Rules, 1965
(1)The Returning Officer shall attend for the purpose of scrutiny and counting of votes on the date and at the time and place notified under Clause (c) of Sub-rule (5) of Rule 5 and on any such subsequent date, or dates as may be necessary to complete the scrutiny and counting.
