Heard learned counsel for the parties.
All the parties to the present petition are agreed that
the proceedings presently pending with the High Court of Madhya
Pradesh, Principal Seat at Jabalpur should be transferred to this
Court, and should be heard along with SLP(C)No.27411 of 2010,
SLP(C)Nos.29105-29106 of 2011, WP(C)No.64 of 2012 and WP(C)No.385
of 2014.
The transfer petition is accordingly allowed, W.P.No.3017
of 2012 titled M/s Rohan Builders (I) Pvt.Ltd. vs. State of M.P.&
Ors. pending before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Principal
Seat at Jabalpur, shall stand transferred to this Court. The
entire record pertaining to W.P.(C)No.3017 of 2012 shall be
transmitted to this Court by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh
Principal Seat at Jabalpur, to be heard along with SLP(C)No.27411
of 2010, SLP(C)Nos.29105-29106 of 2011, WP(C)No.64 of 2012 and
WP(C)No.385 of 2014.
