Section 7(1) in The M.P. State Aid to Industries Act, 1958
(1)If any vacancy is caused in the membership of the Committee by reason of the provisions contained in Section 6 or by reason of death, resignation or otherwise of a member of the Committee, the vacancy so caused shall in the case of a member of the Committee under clause [(c)] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 21 of 1961.] of sub-section (1) of Section 4, if the Legislative Assembly is not then in session, be filled in the session next following the date of the vacancy, and in the case of a member of the Committee appointed under clause [(g)] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 21 of 1961.] of sub-section (1) of Section 4, then within a period of 9 months from the date of the vacancy.
