Section 18(2) in Faridabad Complex Administration Building Rules, 1989
(2)Every building that may be erected or re-erected on a site shall be in addition to the foregoing restrictions, comply with the restrictions shown in the zoning plan and architectural/frame control sheets wherever applicable. The architectural/frame control sheets and zoning plan shall have precedence over the building rules.
