Section 18(1) in West Bengal Trade Unions Rules, 1998
(1)Every claim shall be-(a)in Form Q.(b)signed by the person desiring his name to be included in the electoral roll, and(c)countersigned by another person in whose roll the claimant desires his name to be included.
