Section 9(2) in The Maharashtra Chit Funds Act, 1974
(2)The Foreman shall, on or before the fifteenth day of the month succeeding the month in which the first instalment of the chit is drawn file with the Registrar a certificate to the effect that he has complied with the provisions of sub-section (1).
