Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. We do not consider it a fit case for Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. We find absolutely no reason to interfere with the order impugned passed by the High Court, whereby the criminal appeal of petitioner, challenging the acquittal of respondents has been dismissed.
The present petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
