2. Mr. H.S. Mishra, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present.
3. Mr. S. K. Mishra, learned Senior Counsel being assisted by Mr. J. Pradhan, learned Counsel, appears through virtual mode and submits, his associate has been instructed to represent the Opposite Party-Corporation. Mr. Pradhan, learned Counsel undertakes to file Vakalatnama duly executed in favour of Ms. P. S. Mohanty, learned Counsel for the Corporation so also Memo of appearance duly executed in favour Mr. S. K. Mishra, learned Senior Counsel by tomorrow (01.12.2023).
4. A prayer for two weeks' time is made to file the Counter Affidavit. The same is allowed.
