Section 67(2)(f) in Motor Vehicles Act, 1939

(f)require the surrender by the holder thereof on the expiry of the period for which it is issued of a ticket issued to him;

(ff)[ require a passenger to abstain from doing anything which is likely to obstruct or interfere with the working of the vehicle or to cause damage to any part of the vehicle or its equipment or to cause injury or discomfort to any other passenger; [Inserted by Act 100 of 1956, section 60 (w.e.f. 16-2-1957).]

(fff)require a passenger not to smoke in any vehicle on which a notice prohibiting smoking is exhibited;]
