Section 6(3) in Rajasthan Public Service Commission (Conditions of Service) Regulations, 1974
(3)A member of the Commission who was in the Service of Central or State Government and retires from Service under Government during the tenure of his service in the Commission shall, for the period of service as a member subsequent to his retirement from Government service, earn leave under regulation 7.
