Section 21(2)(d) in Rajasthan Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011

(d)The Director, Elementary Education shall prepare the consolidated report of the State on the basis of the reports received from the District Elementary Education Officers and shall take appropriate action regarding shortfall/surplus of the teachers, if any, and shall send the report to the State Government by 15th of June every year.
