52. Site Visit.
(1)If the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project involves important site-related issues, a site visit shall be organised early in the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage.(2)All qualified applicants or prospective tenderers, as the case may be, shall be invited to undertake the site visit.(3)Non-discriminatory access to the site facilities based on prior requests by the qualified applicants or prospective tenderers may also be allowed by the Tender Inviting Authority to the extent practicable and considered necessary.
