13. Terms and Conditions of the Administrative Officer.
(1)The term of Administrative Officer appointed by the Board under Section 57 of the Act, for any trust or endowment shall be one year or till the necessity ceases whichever is earlier. The term of the administrative officer shall be extended by the Board beyond one year with the approval of the Government.(2)The salary and allowances, for the administrative officer shall be 1% of the net annual income of the trust or endowment or Rs.30,000/- per month whichever is less and shall be paid from the fund of such trust or endowment.
