Section 2(1) in M.P. Contractual Appointment to Civil Post Rules, 2017
(1)In relation to any service or post "Appointing Authority" means the Government or such authority which has been conferred with the powers to make appointment on that service or post under the recruitment rules related to that service or post or conferred by the Government by general or special order or which may be conferred hereafter;
