(2)The voter shall then proceed to the place set apart tor the purpose and there he shall place a cross mark in column (2) against the name of the candidate for whom he wishes to vote. He shall then fold the voting paper so as to conceal his vote and deposit the same in a ballot box placed in the view of the President of the meeting.
