9. Officers and other employees of the Authority.
(1)The Government shall provide the Authority with such officers and employees as may be necessary for the efficient discharge of the functions of the Authority.(2)the method of recruitment, the salaries and allowances payable to and other terms and conditions of service of the officers and other employees appointed for the purpose of the Authority shall be such, as may be prescribed.
