Section 12(2) in The M.P. Standards of Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1989
(2)[ Every manufacturer or repairer or dealer in weight or measure shall make an application for the renewal of a licence at least thirty days before the expiry of validity of the licence to the Controller or such other officer as may be authorised by him in this behalf, in the appropriate form set out in Schedule V-B] [[Substituted by M.P. Notification No. F-13-45-99-XXIX-2, dated 17-3-2005. Prior to substitution it was as under: -'(2) Every manufacturer or repairer of, or dealer in, weight or measure shall make an application for the renewal of a licence thirty days before the expiry of validity of the licence to the Controller or such other officer as may be authorised by him in this behalf, in the appropriate form set out in Schedule V-B.']].
