71. Sections 12, 13 and 14 of Act 11 of 1859 applied. -
Section 12 of [the Bengal Land-revenue Sales Act, 1859] , shall apply to every application made under the last preceding section; and the effect and consequences of opening a separate account under the last preceding section shall be such and the same as are described in section 13 and in section 14 of [the Bengal Land-revenue Sales Act, 1859.].
