The Court thereupon shall direct the party against whom the costs are awarded to deposit the amount in Court within such time as it deems fit, and upon his failure to deposit the amount within the prescribed period the Court shall order issue of a certificate for the recovery of costs and may also include the costs of the proceedings before it.
