Section 20(1) in U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Saifai Act, 2005
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of:-(a)The Director who shall also be the Chairman of the Committee;(b)The Principal Secretary/Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the Department of Medical, Education or his nominee not below the rank of Special Secretary;(c)The Principal Secretary/Secretary to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in the Department of Finance, or his nominee not below the rank of Special Secretary;(d)two persons to be nominated by the Governing Body from its members;(e)the Executive Registrar;(f)the Finance Controller who shall also be the Secretary of the Committee.
