- The spittoons shall be either of the following types :(a)a galvanized iron container with a conical funnel-shaped cover. A layer of suitable disinfectant liquid shall always be maintained in, the container;(b)a container filled with dry clean send and covered with a layer of bleaching powder;(c)any other type approved by the Chief Inspector.
