Section 36 in Bombay Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1951
36. Certificate of ownership. -
The Wild Life Preservation Officer may for the purposes of section 37 issue a certificate of ownership to any person who in his opinion is in lawful possession of a trophy.
