Section 320(b) in Jammu and Kashmir Municipal Corporation Act, 2000
(b)put upto public action or dispose of by private sale, the privilege of occupying or using an y stall, shop , stand, shed or pen in a municipal market or municipal slaughter house for such period and on such condition as he may think fit.
