260. Power to make regulations.
(1)The Corporation may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder for discharging its functions under this Act.(2)Such regulations may provide that any breach thereof shall be punishable with such fine as may be specified therein.(3)Such regulations shall be published in the Official Gazette.
