Section 12(1) in Rules of the Assam Dental Council
(1)If, in the case of an election under any clause of Section 21 the number of duly nominated candidates who stand for election does not exceed the number of members to be elected under that clause, the Returning Officer shall forthwith declare such candidates to be elected.
