379. Registration of births and deaths.
- Subject to the provisions of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act 1969(18 of 1969), the Municipality shall cause registration of births and deaths taking place within the municipal area and extracts of information therefrom shall be supplied on application in such form of a certificate, and on payment of such fees as may be determined by regulations.
