(4)Holders of middle or primary scholarships, who may be admitted within one month of the receipt of their scholarships orders.Note. - This article applies also to all recognised high and middle schools except that, with the sanction of the District Education Officer the date may be extended in case of schools which re-opens on a date later than that on which Government Higher Secondary/Multi-purpose Schools generally re-open.(D.
