(1)Accommodation : Better Class prisoners shall where such accommodation is available, be kept apart from other prisoners and be accommodated in cells or in association barracks specially set aside for them. They need not be kept separate from ordinary prisoners in factories or at times when they are not required to be in their cells or barracks.
