59. Certificate from Mamlatdar to accompany when exemption from the Court fee claimed.
- When any memorandum of appeal or cross-objections or application, or Vakalatnama or certified copy is presented by or on behalf of a person who claims exemption from payment of court fees or processfees on the ground that he belongs to a Scheduled Tribe exempted from payment thereof under any Government Notification, he shall produce at the time presenting it a certificate from the Mamlatdar or other competent authority certifying that he belongs to such Scheduled Tribe:Provided that when such a certificate has been produced in the Court below he may produce a certified copy thereof.
