Section 13(1) in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure, Terms and Conditions for Grant of Trading Licence and other Related Matters) Regulations, 2009
(1)Where the Commission, on the basis of material in its possession is satisfied that the licensee is contravening, or is likely to contravene', the terms and conditions of licence, it shall serve a notice to the licensee narrating the terms and conditions of licence contravened or likely to be contravened by him to invite his objections or suggestions.
