(5)The wearing of uniform by such an officer is restricted to the following occasions, namely :-(a)Military, Naval or Air Force parades as spectators.(b)Military, Naval, Air Force or civil functions for which uniform is prescribed.(c)When summoned to an interview by a regular officer of the Armed Forces.(d)When attending National Cadet Corps functions:
