274. Notice, etc., by whom to be served or issued. -
Every notice, bill, summons or other document required by this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder to be served upon, or issued to, any person, shall be served or issued by an officer or other employee of the Corporation or by any person authorised by the Chief Executive Officer in that behalf.
