(4)The spittoons shall be of the following types :(a)a galvanized iron container with a conical funnel-shaped cover. A layer of suitable disinfectant liquid shall always be maintained in the container ; or(b)a container filled with dry, clean sand, and covered with a layer of bleaching powder ; or(c)any other type approved by the Inspector.
