Section 8(2) in West Bengal Unorganised Sector Workers Welfare Act, 2007
(2)The Executive Council set up under sub-section (1) shall consist of-(a)a Chairperson to be nominated by the Board;(b)and Officer of the State Government not below the rank of Joint Secretary to that Government as Chief Executive Officer of the Board who shall be the Member-Secretary of the Executive Council;(c)a person to be nominated by the Board having expertise in Banking transactions; and(d)a person to be nominated by the Board having expertise in audit and accounts.
