Section 7(7) in Tripura Industrial Investment Promotion Incentives Scheme, 2017
7.2Provided that wherever an enterprise is eligible for Capital Investment Subsidy under any other Schemes of the State or Central Government, the amount of subsidy to be provided under this Clause shall stand reduced to the extent of subsidy entitlement under the Schemes of the State or Central Government. In case of revival of the NEIIPP Scheme of the Central Government w.e.f. 01st April, 2017 or at any later date, the provision under the Scheme, 2017 shall suitably be modified, if deemed necessary.
