A Bank ordered under the Banker's Books Evidence Act, (XVIII of 1891) to supply certified copies of entries from its books shall be entitled to charge on the following scale ;| Scale of fees | |
| Searching fee - For each year or part of a yearin Respect of which search is made. | Rs. 5.00 |
| Copies - For each Bank folio or part thereof. | Rs. 5.00 |
| Certificate - For the certificate under Section6 of the Act. | Rs. 5.00 |
