46. Dissolution of erstwhile department.
- On and from the date of constitution of Authority or Commission under this Act, the erstwhile departments shall cease to exist. Upon issue of a notification under clause (8) of section 2 and constitution of an Authority / Commission under section 6 that department shall stand dissolved.
