(6)The Selection Committee shall finalise the panel within such time as may be directed by the State Government, and immediately thereafter, the Committee shall send its recommendations in writing to the State Government, along with reasoned record of assessment of the persons so considered:Provided that the State Government may, for reasons to be recorded in writing, extend the said period of selection in case of exigencies.
