27. Annual report.
(1)The annual report of the University shall be prepared by the Syndicate and shall be placed before the Academic Senate on or before such date as may be prescribed by the statutes and shall be considered by the Academic Senate at its next annual meeting. The Academic Senate may pass resolution thereon and communicate the same to the Syndicate which shall take action in accordance therewith.(2)The Syndicate shall inform the Academic Senate of the action taken by it on the resolution passed by the Academic Senate.(3)A copy of the annual report and copy of the resolution passed by the Academic Senate together with information on the action taken under sub-section (2) shall be submitted to the Government by the Syndicate for information.
