Section 29(1) in Sikkim Agricultural Land Ceiling and Reforms Act, 1977
(1)A person belonging to a Scheduled Tribe may transfer his land or part thereof by transfer to on other member of Scheduled Tribe or to the Government or to a Corporation owned or controlled by the Government or to a Scheduled or nationalized bank or to a registered co-operative society.
