Section 123C(1) in The Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888
(1)There shall be kept by the Commissioner under a separate heading in the municipal accounts, accounts of all receipts and expenditure of the corporation for, or in connection with, the purposes of clause (q) of section 61.
