(6)No act or proceedings of the [Committees] [Substituted 'Committee' by Notification No. 4573/Leg.H1/2019/Law, dated 28.6.2019.] shall be deemed to be invalid by reason of any defect or irregularity in its constitution or on the ground of existence of any vacancy in the office of any member.
