Section 31A in The M.P. State Aid to Industries Act, 1958
31A. [ Grant of State Aid in other cases. [Inserted by M.P. Act No. 21 of 1961.]
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, where the State Government is of opinion that it is necessary or expedient in public interest so to do, it may, by order, specifying reasons therefor grant State Aid to any industry in such form, and in such manner, to such extent and subject to such conditions as may be specified in the order.]
