Section 1 in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Gujarat.(3)This section shall be deemed to have come into force on 19th December,2000 and the remaining provisions shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
