Section 2 in Tamil Nadu Establishment of Private Law Colleges (Regulation) Rules, 2018
2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Tamil Nadu Establishment of Private Law Colleges (Regulation) Act, 2018.(b)"Form" means form annexed to these rules.(c)Words and expressions used in this rules, but not defined shall have the same meanings assigned to them in the Act.
