Section 15(1) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha Adhiniyam, 1962
(1)The Chairman shall, I subject to the superintendence, control and directions of the Board, have the power to do all acts required for implementing the decisions of the Board and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by rules.
