Section 21 in Kerala Preservation of Trees Act, 1986
21. Indemnity.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer or authority or any other person for anything which is in good faith done or purporting to have been done under this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
