Section 75(1) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha
(1)On a motion referred to in rule 74 being made, the principle of the Bill and its provisions may be discussed generally, but the details of the Bill shall not be discussed further than is necessary to explain its principles.
