Section 127(3) in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
(3)A permit number allotted by the Transport Authority shall be painted on the motor cab at each of the following places namely:-(i)the left hand top portion of the wind screen,(ii)the rear boot;(iii)the left front door; and(iv)the right front door.
